New PreNatal Health Project!

Due to the success of our MSK Goodboost programme we are introducing Bump Boost, an aquanatal programme designed to help women from 0-40 weeks pregnant to be physically active. The DTAC-approved and ORCHA-certified AI-driven software behind the Goodboost tablets creates a personalised aqua natal workout, supporting individual needs.

Working with registered nutritionist, Jen McDiarmid, we will also be providing a Supporting a Healthy Pregnancy nutrition and physical activity guide that provides information from the NHS on eating well, moving more, resting and recovery to encourage improved mental and physical wellbeing during pregnancy.
